Delaware's individual income tax brackets are statutory (30 Del. C. 1102) and unchanged for 2026 (stable since 2014). Rates confirmed verbatim from the official DE Division of Revenue FAQ: 'graduated tax rate ranging from 2.2% to 5.55% for income under $60,000, and 6.60% for income of $60,000 or over.' Bracket thresholds ($2k/$5k/$10k/$20k/$25k/$60k), the $3,250 single / $6,500 married standard deduction, and the $110 personal credit per exemption are the long-standing DE statutory values used in the DE employer withholding bracket tables. One schedule applies to all filing statuses (DE withholding does not bracket by filing status). taxCredits models the $110/exemption personal credit (single=1x$110, married=2x$110, +$110 per dependent), subtracted from computed tax. Supplemental wages have no separate DE rate; supplementalRate = top rate 0.066.
